Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to information about you when you read our test reports. We run a review site, not a casino, so the amount of data we handle is small. Everything below reflects how the site actually works today.
Information we actually collect
Two kinds of data reach us. The first is technical and automatic: your IP address in truncated form, browser and device type, screen size, the pages you opened, how long you stayed, and the site or search result that sent you here. This arrives through our analytics tool and through standard web server logs.
The second kind is anything you type and send yourself. If you email us with a correction, a complaint about a payout figure we published, or a question about a bonus term, we hold your email address and whatever you wrote until the matter is closed. We do not run accounts, we do not ask for a date of birth, and we never handle deposits, withdrawals or payment card details. Those all sit with the operator on its own platform, under its own policy.
Why we keep it
Traffic data tells us which reviews get read and which ones people abandon halfway. That shapes what we test next. Referral data lets us confirm that our affiliate partners have recorded a click correctly. Correspondence is kept so we can answer you and so we have a record if a factual dispute is raised later. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell anything about you.
Cookies and measurement tools
Necessary cookies remember basic choices such as your consent selection. Analytics cookies count visits in aggregate. Affiliate tracking cookies note that you left our page through a partner link, which is how a commission is attributed.
You can refuse the optional categories in the consent banner, clear them in your browser at any time, or block them entirely. The reviews will still load and read normally. Only the measurement stops.
How long data survives
Aggregated analytics records are held for up to 26 months and then discarded. Raw server logs are cycled out after 90 days. Affiliate cookies expire on the schedule set by the partner network, typically within 30 to 90 days. Email threads are deleted 24 months after the last reply unless we need them for a legal or accounting reason.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider, our analytics provider and the affiliate networks we work with process data on our behalf under contract. Each is bound to use it only for the service it supplies. We disclose information to anyone else only where a law or a valid order from a competent authority requires it. We do not trade personal data with advertisers.
Your rights and how to use them
You may ask what we hold, request a copy, have errors corrected, have records erased, object to analytics processing, or withdraw a consent you gave earlier. Write to [email protected] and describe what you want. We reply within 30 days. If we cannot act on a request, we will tell you the reason rather than simply going quiet.
Security and children
The site runs over an encrypted connection and access to our inbox is limited to the small editorial team. No system is perfect, so we keep only what we need in order to limit the damage of any incident.
The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly hold information about minors. If you believe a child has contacted us, tell us and we will delete the record.
Updates to this page
When our tools or practices change, this page changes with them and the revision date at the top is updated. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for a period so returning readers notice them.
